Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ZeroEarth OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes personal data when you visit funnelin.co. We keep data collection to a minimum and use no advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

1. Controller

ZeroEarth OÜ
Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa
15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia
Email: daniel [at] funnelin [dot] co

Managing Director: Daniel Lukas Lösch. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to do so.

2. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. When you access the site, Netlify automatically processes technical data (server log files) that your browser transmits, including your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). As Netlify is based in the USA, data may be transferred to a third country; this is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Log data is stored only for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

3. Fonts

We host all fonts on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external font provider is established, and no font-related data is transmitted to third parties.

4. Contact and lead form

If you contact us or submit the free-analysis form, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address, website and message) in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare the requested analysis. The form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards submissions to us by email as our processor; data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). Retention: we keep enquiry and lead data for up to 36 months after our last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies, after which it is deleted.

5. Booking calendar (zcal)

To let you book a call, we embed a booking widget from zcal (zcal.co). The widget loads only after you give your consent via our cookie banner. Once loaded, zcal may store and read information on your device (cookies or similar technologies) and process data, including your IP address, to display and manage the booking; data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: storing or reading information on your device requires your consent under § 25(1) TDDDG; the associated processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Cookies and consent

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only non-essential technology is the zcal booking widget described above, which is loaded exclusively after your consent. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide the website does not require consent.

7. Web analytics

We do not use any web-analytics or visitor-tracking tool on this website. We use Google Search Console to understand how our site performs in Google Search; this relies on aggregated Google Search data and does not place cookies or tracking code on this website.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors named above (hosting, form delivery, booking), each bound by a data-processing agreement, and where we are legally required to do so.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, contact daniel [at] funnelin [dot] co.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country or place of residence — in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
